You just need to simply send the image files to us via our Contact Us page, or take the USB stick containing your file(s) into our store on the Gold Coast.

Please include in your email, the size you would like to print and if you want it printed on paper or canvas, framed with glass, or framed and lacquered with a protective coating in lieu of glass.

We can check the quality of the image and advise on appropriate size and choice of frames etc. 

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO SOURCE THE ORIGINAL DIGITAL FILE OF YOUR IMAGE - DO NOT RELY ON ONLINE, SCREENSHOTTED, OR SHARED IMAGES AS THEIR QUALITY MAY BE COMPROMISED.

Please follow the instructions below to obtain the maximum quality file to email to us:

1. Go to our Contact Us page
2. Fill in your personal details.
3. Write the details of your docket such as invoice number, shop name, etc. (if applicable) and explain any specific requirements in the message box
4. Select your images from your device via the browse button in the upload box
5. Press send and choose Actual Size in size option box if your device requires this 
6. We can also accept USB sticks or actual photos if you want to deliver them in person
